The objective of this 3 hour workshop is to support pre-teens and teens (ages 8-16) with a positive understanding of their menstrual cycles, to reduce stigma around periods, to equip them with practical knowledge and tools to manage their cycles confidently, and to create a safe environment that builds trusting relationships between parents/guardians and peers.
